Project K is an innovative Web Solution to streamline and simplify the operations in the property management industry.
In my role as Tech Owner, I oversee both the project and product development, driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration across all aspects of the initiative.
The platform's Back-End is developed using .NET technologies, while the Front-End is built with React. The entire solution is hosted on Azure Cloud. -

EXIT: DoveVivo S.P.A. acquires RoomMate S.A. 📈
After raising over €1M and distributing the RoomMate Estelle solution to dozens of customers across Europe, managing more than 5,000 apartments, my business partners and I decided to move forward with an acquisition proposal we received.
DoveVivo S.P.A., a major real estate group based in Milan, managing over 15,000 apartments across Europe, has acquired RoomMate in its entirety.
As a side result, my Co-Founders and I are joining DoveVivo (Joivy) with a managerial role. We'll leverage our expertise to design new tools for unification and streamline processes across the group's diverse business lines and companies throughout Europe.
A new adventure begins as the RoomMate startup successfully reaches its EXIT!

Web3 Training Courses: Blockchain Smart Contracts and Decentralised Apps development 📑
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, structure, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
Proficiency in Smart Contract development with Solidity, security practices, test-driven development, on-chain deployment, the various tools and frameworks around it.

RoomMate raises €600,000 and introduces its Channel Manager 💎
Led by private business angels from LBAN, the funds from their second round of investments will help the PropTech further develop its Property Management solution, accelerate the digital transformation of the local real estate sector and support their R&D activities.
Having just introduced its new Channel Manager, RoomMate now offers a service that helps landlords manage their vacancies and increase their occupancy rates.
With international real estate players such as SpotaHome, UniPlaces, and HousingAnywhere on board since 2021, RoomMate has been able to fine-tune its fully integrated property management solution to fit the market players' needs.

RoomMate raises €475,000 and expands across Europe with headquarters in Luxembourg 🚀
The comprehensive platform for rental management and landlord-tenant relations, integrating Estelle and Spaces, now boasts 20,000 app users worldwide and manages over 2,500 apartments already.
The new funding will drive further development and innovation of the platform.

A comprehensive web platform designed for homeowners and real estate agencies.
With RoomMate Estelle, you can effortlessly manage tenant information, exchange documents, create digital rental contracts, handle home maintenance, receive digital rent payments, and much more.
The platform's Back-End is developed in Typescript using Node and Express framework, while the Front-End is built with Angular. The entire solution is hosted on Google Cloud.

We're thrilled to be part of this government-backed acceleration program, which includes funding, mentorship, and coaching from international experts.
At the end of the program, RoomMate was honored with a state “graduation” award from the Ministry of Economy and officially recognized as a Luxembourgish startup.

Sale of a Web Application for Public Transportation Route Calculation to the Province of Trento 💎
The Path Calculation algorithm integrated into the Trentino in Bus app has been redeployed as a stand-alone web application. I successfully sold it to the Autonomous Province of Trento for use by their Public Transport Services department.
This application addresses users' needs to explore travel options within the Province of Trento using the public transportation services provided by Trentino Trasporti S.P.A. It is accessible at any time via PC or smartphone, allowing users to check schedules for any chosen date and time, and plan travel from a specified starting point to a destination.
Specifically, this software interfaces with a Google Web service to calculate multiple travel solutions and displays the result in a functional, user-friendly interface. Additional details about each travel option, including public transport type, transfers, route lengths, and travel times, can be accessed by selecting a particular option.
The application is fully responsive and designed to adapt automatically to different screen sizes, optimizing the display for PCs, smartphones, and tablets.
